Terms of Service

The general rules for accessing and using ClippingCamp.

01

About these terms

These terms describe the proposed rules for using ClippingCamp’s website and campaign services. A campaign begins with a request and a separately agreed scope. Sending a brief or viewing an estimate does not by itself confirm acceptance, launch production, or authorize a charge. The final agreement must identify the contracting business and any terms specific to the engagement.

02

Accounts and authority

Provide accurate account and contact information and use the service only when you have authority to act for yourself or your organization. Keep sign-in credentials secure, give workspace access only to appropriate people, and tell the team if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for instructions and approvals submitted by people acting with your authority.

03

Campaign requests and estimates

A request records your source, objective, preferred platforms, timing, and selected scope. Clip packs specify a production scope; view packs are sold as a selected quantity of verified organic views. View pack prices use the platform rate shown when the request is prepared and are checked again when submitted. Source suitability, final deliverables, review requirements, timing, and price must be confirmed before production starts.

04

Source material and permissions

Supply only material you own or are authorized to use for the intended campaign. Identify restrictions affecting footage, music, images, contributors, claims, territories, accounts, or dates. Access to a public recording does not establish permission. The campaign agreement should define the permission granted to ClippingCamp and its assigned participants, including editing, delivery, publishing, and removal.

05

Creative review and delivery

Name an authorized reviewer and provide consolidated feedback against the agreed brief. Review includes the edit and any campaign copy that requires your approval. Additional sources, new creative directions, or extra revisions may require a revised scope. A delivery estimate can change when access, permission, or approval is delayed; the team should communicate the effect before proceeding.

06

Fees, payment, and changes

The campaign agreement must state the currency, charges, applicable taxes, payment milestones, included work, and cancellation or refund terms. Do not infer participant compensation or advertising spend from a public campaign estimate. Changes that affect scope or price should be agreed before the additional work begins. No payment is collected by the public campaign request form.

07

Performance and third-party platforms

Audience response, platform recommendations, post availability, and business results are outside a campaign team’s complete control. The agreed view package covers verified organic views, with eligible metrics, reporting, and delivery terms specified before launch. Views do not by themselves guarantee engagement, followers, sales, or revenue. Platform rules and measurement definitions may change. Reports should identify the metrics and collection method used rather than presenting different platform counters as a single verified measure of unique people.

08

Acceptable use and content concerns

Do not submit unauthorized material, impersonate another person, manipulate traffic, misrepresent results, evade platform enforcement, or use the service to harass or exploit others. Report a rights or content concern with the affected source or live URL and enough detail for review. The team may pause affected work while a material concern is assessed under the applicable agreement and policy.

09

Ending an engagement and resolving questions

The campaign agreement should explain termination, work already completed, outstanding fees, access removal, and treatment of source files and live posts. Any dispute process, governing law, liability provisions, or mandatory consumer protections must be specified for the actual contracting parties and jurisdiction before these terms are approved for use.

10

Contact and updates

For questions about a request, an agreement, or use of the service, email hello@clippingcampaign.com and include your campaign reference where available. Approved changes to these terms should be dated and communicated where required. Material changes to an existing campaign should be addressed through its agreed scope and contract.
